Individual Support includes:
1:1 Support
My minimum coaching engagement is three months (although most clients work with me for 6-12 months). Over the course of that time, we'll meet on Zoom every 3 weeks depending on your schedule and current circumstances. You'll have additional access to me and the coaching tools via the methods below.
UNLIMITED ASYNCHRONOUS COACHING
I'll check in with you in between our sessions. We'll even send email/text notes back and forth to work on your particular goals like communication challenging, strategic goals, situational issues, etc. As needed, we can hop on 15-minute phone calls.
Leadership Assessment
Gain critical insight into your natural behaviors and tendencies through the Harrison Leadership Assessment. With this additional clarity, we can create real, impactful strategies to your most stressful responses. Together, we can become proactive in your leadership approach.
